I. THE PROJECT
The
Association 3P aims to help a photographer carry out an important
project by supporting him financially for a period of six months to
one year.
a)
This help depends on photographers' contributions. The photographers
interested in this initiative will agree to give one or more photo
prints for an auction whose proceeds will finance the organization
and the production of a selected project.
b)
This annual help is intended for a photographer, whose work and
professional concern are well known, and whose photographic project
answers the following needs:
This
project is close to reportage, it pertains to man in relation to his
fellows, society, the environment... it contributes to our
understanding of man in the 21rst century.
The
Association will be certain that the selected project will be of
quality, because of the photographer’s experience and ambition.
Applicants
will present their proposal including a selection of their photo
work. The art director will pre-select the proposal, then submit it
to the jury. The jury, consisting of photographers, will also
interview the applicant.
The
novelty of this proposal is that it concerns only photographers. We
request their collaboration and concern in order to help one of them.
II.

selection of the photographer and his subject. The jury deliberates
and announces the name of the winner. Their decision is final. During
the deliberations any member of the jury may have access to all the

- The
art director may play a role in orienting the reportage according to
the evolution of the political, economical, social, or cultural
context when the subject is being produced.
